Scouts are a go-getting group of young people aged 10½ to 14 who:

They meet weekly and take part in a variety of activities from acquiring new skills and trying new adventures, to enjoying themselves and gaining knowledge about their surroundings. They also focus on helping others, contributing to their community and forming new friendships along the way, achieving whatever goals they set out to accomplish.

Find your local Scout Troop

There are 15 Scout Troops in Dartford. The sessions are 2 hours and meet weekly during term time.

More about Scouts

Jump in and get muddy. Give back and get set. Scouts ignore the butterflies and go for it, and soon so will you.

Volunteer and join in the fun

No matter what you can offer or how frequently you can contribute, volunteers have the power to transform the lives of young people.

Even if you're only able to assist now and then, that's perfectly fine. Whether you're interested in planning activities, making tea, or creating crafts, we value any time you're able to give.
