Cubs Silver Awards

On Wednesday 6th November 2013 34 Cub Scout's from around the District who have gained the Silver Award in the last six months attended a presentation at the Dartford Civic Centre. The Mayor, Councillor Patsy Thurlow , came along to praise the Cubs on attaining the top award in the Cub Scout Section. As the Mayor has only just come out of hospital the certificates were presented to the Cubs by Councillor Ann Allen, last years Mayor The Assistant County Commissioner, Beth Peal, praise the Cubs on the hard work they have put in and she also thanked the Leaders and parents for the contribution they have made to support the Cubs
